Fly higher and bank harder with the Wingman 78 Ti Skis + PS ELS 11.0 GW Bindings. Designed to address the needs of stronger and more aggressive skiers than the standard Wingman 78 C, the 78 Ti uses the same proven Amphibio TruLine and SST Sidewall construction but adds a sheet of Titanal to up the ante, providing better high end stability and more confidence on edge.

Rocker Type

Early Rise Rocker– Early rise rocker provides smooth and effortless turns thanks to a moderate amount of rocker incorporated into the tip of the ski.

Shape

Amphibio Profile– Amphibio technology integrates rocker (outside edge) and camber (inside edge) into dedicated left and right skis. The cambered inside edge assures precision and edge grip, while the rockered outside edge provides forgiveness, turning ease and smooth edge-to-edge transitions.

Core

Power Woodcore– Poplar and urethane foam form this composite core, providing a smooth and uniform flex and outstanding performance

Laminates

Fiberglass– A fiberglass reinforcement optimizes the ﬂex pattern and enhances torsional rigidity of the ski. The fibers are positioned either above or below the ski core and improve the ski’s structural integrity.

Mono Ti Reinforcement– A single layer of Titanal is laminated next to the core for increased performance.

Terrain: Carving, All-Mountain CarvingFor those that like the classic feeling of laying a ski over on edge and arcing a perfect turn, carving skis are what you want. These skis have narrower waists and shorter turn radii for edge to edge quickness and responsive turn initiation and exit on groomed runs and hard pack. The beginner-intermediate skis in this category are designed to make learning how to turn as easy as going from pizza to French fries. All-MountainAll-mountain skis are designed to handle anything you throw at them including powder, ice, groomers, steeps, heavy snow, and everything in between, but they aren’t necessarily a master of any one terrain. If you’re only going to own one ski to do it all, this is what you want. All-mountain skis generally have what we call mid-fat waists that range from 80-110 mm.

Intermediate to advanced skis and snowboards may be somewhat wider or stiffer than beginner-intermediate skis and snowboards, usually with a stronger wood core and sandwich sidewall construction. Intermediate to advanced boots and bindings range from softer flexing freestyle options to stiffer choices built for stability at speed.

Rocker Type: Rocker/Camber/Rocker Rocker/Camber/RockerRocker/Camber/Rocker skis have the playfulness and float of a rockered ski as well as the added edge hold of a cambered ski. The contact points on skis with this profile are closer towards the middle of the ski than a fully cambered ski, but still not underfoot. The cambered midsection provides a longer effective edge on hardpack, increasing edge hold and stability, while the rockered tip and tail provide floatation in deeper snow and allow the ski to initiate and release from turns easier.
