It’s time to rethink how carving should feel. The Simply. Carver Skis unleash a progressive flex and Next Core technology through its distinctive 85mm waist and fish tail design, while cork spatulas dampen vibrations for the perfect blend of grip and flow. Hand-crafted in Switzerland with recycled materials and surf-inspired asymmetry, these frontside trenchers deliver that perfect balance of performance and playfulness – whether you’re laying down precise arcs at mach 10 or playing around with switch carves.

Stiff Progressive Flex– The Carver is designed with a progressive flex distribution, offering increased stiffness in the tip and tail to enhance grip, reactivity, and stability. This gives you maximum control regardless of the snow type.

Shape

Asymmetrical Look– The development process involved completely rethinking the ski experience. Inspired by surfing, Simply has broken away from traditional symmetrical designs by adopting an edgy nose and a distinct fishtail. This asymmetrical look represents our connection to snowboarding.

Fish Tail– The fish tails are our nod to board culture, designed to enhance drift and effortless movements in fresh or slushy snow. Don’t be scared to ride switch — it can handle it, even in deep snow. All our fish tails are designed to be touring-friendly and compatible with skins.

Core

Next Core©– The Next Core© technology combines oriented high-density wooden stingers and lightweight wood. This fusion of materials breaks the boundaries between lightness and skiability, delivering exceptional reactivity, stability, and carving capabilities.

Laminates

Cork Spatula– In place of plastic (ABS), cork spacers made from recycled wine stoppers are used in the nose. Besides being a more durable choice, this alternative reduces weight and effectively dampens vibrations.

Base

Sintered PE-UHWD Base– The base is made of high-density polyethylene (sintered PE-UHWD), ensuring excellent glide performance, ease of maintenance and durability.

Edges

Wider Edges– Wider edges allow increased solidity, enhancing overall durability.

Graphics

UV Print Topsheet– A minimalist design with transparency reduces the amount of ink used and provides a timeless appearance to the ski. All printing processes are free from toxic solvents.

Swiss Made– From initial research and prototypes to the final product, everything is made in Switzerland—everything is made by us. This has been made possible thanks to our partnership with First Track, a recognized research and development hub that recently opened a next-generation ski factory near Verbier – Switzerland.

Binding Compatibility

Compatible with most bindings. The brakes should be 10mm/15mm wider than the waist width. Used the recommended mounting point marked on the skis.

Terrain: Carving CarvingFor those that like the classic feeling of laying a ski over on edge and arcing a perfect turn, carving skis are what you want. These skis have narrower waists and shorter turn radii for edge to edge quickness and responsive turn initiation and exit on groomed runs and hard pack. The beginner-intermediate skis in this category are designed to make learning how to turn as easy as going from pizza to French fries.

Skis: No Bindings

Ability Level: Intermediate-Advanced Intermediate-AdvancedWhether you’re a progressing intermediate exploring new runs and terrain, or an accomplished rider seeking new thrills, the majority of skiers and snowboarders fall into this level. Intermediate to advanced skis and snowboards may be somewhat wider or stiffer than beginner-intermediate skis and snowboards, usually with a stronger wood core and sandwich sidewall construction. Intermediate to advanced boots and bindings range from softer flexing freestyle options to stiffer choices built for stability at speed.

Rocker Type: Rocker/Camber Rocker/CamberRocker/Camber skis pair a traditional cambered profile underfoot with an elongated, early rise tip borrowed from fully rockered skis. This profile places the front contact point further back from the tip, while the rear contact point remains close to the tail. The rockered tip allows for better flotation and less edge catch for increased float in deep snow, while the cambered rear stores and transmits energy similarly to a fully cambered ski.

Turning Radius: Short Short< 16 m radius is best for carving.

Core/Laminates: Wood

Tail Type: Flat FlatThis is your traditional tail, designed to have edge contact all the way through the tail, and only designed for skiing forward. This is also preferred for alpine touring, as you can stick the tails of your skis in the snow.
